Gift Cards Available!
Gift cards are available for any amount or service.
For your convenience, gift cards can also be purchased over the phone and delivered anywhere!
The value of any service-specific gift card can be used for any service or retail product in the salon or spa unless otherwise noted.
Donated gift cards are good only toward specified services and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
Gift cards do not expire; however, the redeemable value of gift cards is subject to salon/spa changes without notice as prices may change over time.
Policies
CELL PHONES: Out of consideration for others, please have cell phones turned off or in silent mode when in the building. If you must make or take a call, please step into the front lobby so you won't disturb other guests.
DEPOSITS: A credit card deposit is required for any service over $100 or any spa package. Deposit is refundable if appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours notice.
SERVICES: All service sales are final and not refundable. If you are dissatisfied with any service, we will correct any problems to the best of our ability, provided we are notified of dissatisfaction within five days of receiving the service.
RETURNS: Retail purchases are not refundable and can only be exchanged for other retail items within five days of purchase. Exchanges are limited to verifiable value of the original purchase. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges. Makeup, skincare, and candles can not be returned or exchanged.
CANCELLATIONS: Appointments not kept or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a service charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service or package. If a client has a gift card, 50% of the service cost will be deducted from the value of the gift card.
CHILDREN: For their safety and the comfort of our other clients, children are not allowed to accompany you for your salon, spa, or tanning visit. If you are unable to make arrangements for child care, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Children receiving salon services must have an adult present at all times.
CHECKS: Returned checks are subject to a $20 service fee. Check writing privileges may also be suspended.
Repeated no-shows or cancellations will result in clients being placed on "walk-in" status only.
Appointment confirmations are considered a courtesy - clients are responsible for keeping their appointments.
Prices and services available are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Payment is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
